Hi, we are Robin and Ali.
Two years ago we commissioned the building of a luxury chalet with a renowned local architect, having been involved in Alpine life for a number of years and being mountain holiday enthusiasts ourselves prior to that, the chalet has been designed with our guests' comfort, convenience and requirements in mind. Our combined experience of over 12 years in France, Australia and England within the service industry, including Winter/Summer Holiday sports instruction, event management, and qualifications in varied cuisine enables us to treat all our guests as 'A' list celebrities

Chalet Symphony is a newly built, luxury chalet situated in Essert Romand, a charming village a short distance from the centre of Morzine. We have purposely chosen this spot, not only for the stunning views of the surrounding area, but so you can escape from the busy town centre and relax in the calm and tranquillity of the village, yet those who wish to have a night out, the exciting nightlife of Morzine is only a few minutes away. The chalet itself has been designed and built by a local architect in a style sympathetic to the local area. Chalet Symphony has six ensuite bedrooms all furnished to a high standard and all comprise a full length bath and shower with plenty of hot water! Under floor heating ensures warmth throughout the chalet. There is a spacious open plan kitchen, living, dining area with its own corner bar and the obligatory fireplace. Several French windows open out onto a large balcony and patio area to take full advantage of the sun and the stunning views over the St Jean d’Aulps valley

By drawing from our experience in the service industry and from many seasons spent in the Alps we aim to provide a fun and memorable holiday. We live in Morzine throughout the year and manage the chalet ourselves, ensuring that all your needs are looked after in the resort, so that when you're out on the pistes you can relax and have fun. Right from your first enquiry with us, we're on hand to provide exact information about the resort; organise ski passes, ski/board tuition and equipment for you either before you arrive or once we've welcomed you into resort

Food for thought

We appreciate that food is an important part of your holiday, which is why we personally cater for you to ensure that the quality of the food is of the standard expected. Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am and consists of a continental buffet of croissants, fresh bread, and a selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts or a cooked breakfast of eggs, sausage, and bacon.

On returning from the slopes after a good days skiing, afternoon tea will be laid out for you. A freshly baked cake, tea or coffee or for those who prefer something stronger, a cold beer from our honesty bar will help to keep you going until dinner.

The evenings begin with pre dinner drinks and canapés around the log fire. At around 8 o’clock we begin to serve a delicious, wholesome four course meal accompanied by carefully selected quality bottled wines and local cheeses to finish. Coffee and mints will be served in the comfort of the living area around the fireplace.
This year we will be introducing a greater selection of fine wines with our existing wines becomming the HOUSE wines with the new wines available at a extra cost.

As an independant company our aim is to ensure that our guests enjoy every aspect of their holiday. That is why we have a personal input at every stage. From the moment you enquire to the moment you leave to go home, we will deal with your every need. We operate all our own transfers and transport around the resort and are registered transporters under the French system.

Ski companion.
A lot of companies place restricitions on whom they ski with ( must be able to ski a red run competently). We however will ski with everyone during the week, even if you are a first timer as we get our pleasure from seeing you enjoy yourselves, especially when you are learning your first turns.

Ski Lessons and Ski Hire
We will be on hand to book you into ski or boarding lessons, which is advisable to do before arriving in the resort. For ski hire we we use a mobile ski service. This well tested service will come to our chalet, fit your boots whilst you sip you Kir Royal and then return during the evening and leave fully serviced upto date skis all labled up to aviod confusion. Magic Mat (or the Ski Fairy for the youngsters) has proved a very succesful decision.
