All Chalet Group members will have either:
An Owner-run Chalet - Own their chalet and run it as a catered holiday business themselves
or
A Boutique Chalet Company – Own/lease 1, 2 or 3 chalets and remain hands-on in all aspects of marketing, taking bookings and chalet hosting.

Members will not be tour-operators and ‘package’ travel and accommodation. Members can be in any ski resort. Members will run a quality organisation with high standards of service and excellent food. Guest relationships and a focus on the personal touches will be extremely important to each member.
