Check availability before booking on line

The chalet owner updates and maintains their availability on the Chalet Group web site. However to confirm availability we strongly recommend that you contact the owner of the chalet you have chosen to stay with before making your booking on line. You can then confirm your holiday dates with certainty. A quick call is worth it just in case the chalet owner is in the midst of taking a telephone booking at the same moment. We strongly recommend that you call to double check before booking.

Booking alterations

If you have any changes to your booking please contact the chalet owner direct to request the changes. They will do their best to support you. Please check the booking conditions for your chalet. Please let the chalet owner know any special requests you may have at the time of booking. The chalet owner will advise you if they can support your request or not and will do their best to meet your request. It is always best to make special requests at the time of booking in case there is a charge or the chalet owner cannot support you.

Cancellation

The chalet owner will define the cancellation charges in their booking conditions. Please check them.

Deposits and payments

A deposit of £100 per person per week must accompany your booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If the final balance has not been received by this date, the booking will be treated as cancelled by you. Should your booking be made within 8 weeks of the date of the start of your holiday, the full amount is payable at the time of booking. When we receive your deposit or full payment we will send you an email confirmation. You should read this carefully and let us know if you think there are any errors. We will not be responsible for any errors unless notified to us within 10 days of sending the confirmation.

Insurance & Passports & Visa

Everyone booking a Chalet Group holiday should have adequate insurance cover and must show us proof of insurance on arrival at the Chalet. If you are found to have insufficient insurance, you will be obliged to purchase a policy in resort. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and/or visa as necessary.

Your accommodation

Your chalet and rooms will be as described by the chalet owner on this web site. You will also find the earliest time for arrival and latest time for departure. Please enquire direct with the owner if you requirements are outside of these times.

Transfers from airports or stations

Some of our chalets provide transfers to and from the chalet. Please check with each chalet owner for the recommended method and options of transfer to resort.

Smoking or non-smoking

Please check with each chalet owner on their policy on smoking, and support for non-smokers.
